What We Provide
Along with sub-works such as foundation and de-installation of previous deteriorated shades, We manufacture the steel structure itself , We provide consultations, fabrication, and installation.
We offer single cantilever and T-cantilever, square, rectangular,wall-mounted and many other installation systems depending on our client's requirements and location. The fabrics are also chosen, cut and can be in any color to fit the client's design plan.

Our Process

Design Plan

Provide design analysis and shop drawings.

Cover all technical details,loading specifications, sub-works, & choice of shades depending on requirements. Properties such as Fire-Resistance, durability, sun angles,and wind forces are noted.

Upon cost analysis & plan approval by client begins fabrication.

Fabrication

We manufacture the steel structures right here in Saudi Arabia

All steel members are cut to specifications and then hot-dip galvanized, powder-coated & colored according to approved design plan.

Shade fabrics are ordered and tailored to exact measurements.

Fabrication and surface-finishing of all materials are in accordance to the ISO 9001 and the required International standards.

Materials are surveyed before and after manufacturing by our engineers and software.

Installation

Before Installation,we provide any kind of sub-works such as foundation if needed. Removal of old shade structures are also done at this stage.

We deliver the steel structure and unload at any site anywhere in the world. We may provide trucks and cranes for installation.

After installation of the structure, Our fabric experts inspect at site and re-measure all specifications for a perfect fit of shading fabric. Fabric is then made exactly to the corrected measurements and installed.

Following all safety guidelines, Our teams work simultaneously at multiple installation sites; each team being supervised by one of our engineers.

Used where shading is a primary requirement as it provides maximum protection from UV rays and hail. Ideal for hot/dry climates with Class A Fire Resistance Rating.

Mildew-resistant and high wind withstanding strength.

Tensile Membrane Structures ( PVC, PTFE (Teflon), & PVDF

PVC (Vinyl Coated Polyester)

PVC is a woven polyester-based fabric coated with PVDF or PTFE fluoropolymers on both sides. This creates a strong protective membrane structure that can be easily cleaned. The coatings will depend on what properties are required.

Used mostly in retractable and temporary projects due to its flexibility. Also ideal in projects which require branding & marketing as they can be printed on easily.

Highly Waterproof with High-strength and High Flexibility.

Can be treated to be stain, fire and UV resistant. The fabric can be also altered for sound-proofing. Lacquers can be added to increase life-span.

They last upto 15 Years and are low-maintenance.
